The plain rules for using this site.
Last updated: 20 July 2026. These terms apply to the Socrion website and booking flow.
For website, booking, or legal notice questions, contact Socrion at hello@socrion.co.uk.
Website information
The website is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or technical advice for your specific business. Decisions should be made after a proper review of your own systems, data, risks, and commercial position.
Bookings
Booking a call does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or commit either side to a project. Socrion may decline work where it is not a fit, cannot be delivered safely, or would not be commercially sensible for the client.
Client work
Any paid work must be agreed separately in writing. The proposal, quote, statement of work, order form, or contract will take priority over these website terms for that work.
Intellectual property
The website design, copy, brand assets, diagrams, and page structure belong to Socrion or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and share public page links, but you may not copy, resell, scrape, or reuse the site content as your own.
External services and links
The website may link to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Security and availability
Socrion takes reasonable care to keep the site available and protected, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every issue will be fixed immediately.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, Socrion is not liable for losses caused by reliance on general website information without a specific written agreement.
