How we handle personal data.
Last updated: 20 July 2026. This notice covers the Socrion website, enquiries, booking requests, support messages, and early client conversations.
Socrion is responsible for personal data collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@socrion.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact details you choose to send us, such as name, email address, phone number, company, and message content.
- Booking details you provide, including selected time, booking form answers, and any follow-up details needed to manage the call.
- Support and client communications sent to the Socrion email address.
- Basic website data needed to deliver and protect the site, plus any theme preference saved in your browser.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and manage discovery calls.
- To decide whether Socrion can help and prepare useful follow-up.
- To provide, manage, and support services where a project or support relationship begins.
- To keep the website working and meet legal, accounting, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
How we use it
We use personal data only when we have a valid reason, such as replying to you, preparing or delivering work, keeping records, or meeting a legal obligation.
No spam. No mailing list unless you choose to join one. If analytics, advertising pixels, or mailing-list tools are added later, this notice and the cookie page will be updated first.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers for website hosting and email. The booking form is handled by Socrion and uses those services only as needed to manage the call. We may also share information with professional advisers, insurers, or authorities where required.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed. Enquiries and booking records are normally kept for up to 24 months unless a project, legal obligation, dispute, or accounting reason requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer, or object to use of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email hello@socrion.co.uk.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.
